By creating an account or using Spearo Go ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spearo Go.
Spearo Go has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights — and not to abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
You are solely responsible for content you post. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We review reported content and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.
You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the app (via the "…" menu on any post, comment, message, or profile). Reports are reviewed and enforced by us.
Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete my account, which permanently removes your data.
Spearo Go provides fishing/spearfishing regulation, season, size, and conditions information as a convenience. Regulations change and can vary by exact location. This information may be incomplete or out of date and is not legal advice. You are responsible for verifying current rules with the official state agency (e.g. MA DMF, RI DEM, CT DEEP, NH Fish & Game, ME DMR) before harvesting any species. Always dive and hunt safely and legally.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BJZ Products is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on regulation or conditions information, or from diving/spearfishing activities.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
